1. The cleaning roller is stuck (red light).

  1. Check if the cleaning roller is stuck with foreign objects.
    If there is any obstruction, please remove the obstruction before reinstalling the roller.
  2. Remove the roller and check that the metal filter (Grate) is installed correctly.
    Please ensure that the arrow on the filter screen corresponds to the arrow on the cleaning head. If the direction is incorrect, please reinstall.

2. The brush roller is stuck (red light).

  1. Check that the cleaning head cap is completely locked.
    If it is not locked properly, please reinstall it and ensure that the top cover is properly locked in place.
  2. Check if the brush roller is stuck with foreign objects.
    If there is any obstruction, please remove the obstruction before reinstalling the brush roller.
  3. If the problem persists, please contact after-sales service.

3. Low water level indicator (red light) in the fresh water tank

  1. Please make sure you are not using pure water or distilled water.
    Hizero is designed to operate using tap water. Pure water or distilled water has too low conductivity, and the sensor may not be able to detect the water level, which may result in an "insufficient water" error message.
    You can add a capful of HIZERO cleaning solution to the clean water tank to improve conductivity, or use tap water directly to ensure the water level sensor functions properly.
  2. Power on the machine and switch to mode 2, then let the machine run until it stops automatically.
    Repeat the above steps until the problem is resolved.
    If the problem persists after 5–10 attempts, proceed to step 3.
  3. Using an air pump or syringe, gently inject warm water into the clean water pipe through the clean water tank connection.
  4. If the problem persists, please contact customer service for support.

4. Excessive water accumulation on the ground

  1. Check that the cleaning roller is fully soaked and softened, and make sure to wring out any excess water.
    If the HIZERO floor cleaner is not used for several days, the polymer roller may dry out. Please soak it again in warm water until softened, then wring out any excess water before reuse.
  2. Remove the comb filter plug under the cleaning cap and check if the filter is clogged.
    If there is any blockage, please remove the filter, clean it, and then reinstall it.
  3. Check if the two holes on the edge of the sewage tank cover are blocked.
    If the hole is blocked by foreign objects, you can use a paperclip or toothpick to remove it.
  4. Check the cleaning rollers for damage and ensure that both ends of the rollers fit snugly against the cleaning head housing.
    If damage or obvious gaps are found, please replace the cleaning roller.
  5. Check if the rubber strips on the trash can are damaged.
    If damaged, please replace the trash can.
  6. If the cleaning roller has been used for more than 4 months, it is recommended to replace it.
  7. Clean the sewage outlet and sewage pipes by following these steps:
    ① Remove the cleaning roller. ② Remove the green comb-shaped filter. ③ Remove the metal filter. ④ Use a syringe to inject water to rinse the internal sewage pipes of the machine. The sewage pipe inlet is located on the right side inside the sewage tank of the Hizero main unit (viewed from the rear).
    Do not inject any object or liquid through the left-side port.

5. Water seeped onto the ground in front of the cleaning head.

  1. Check the left side of the cleaning head (where the sink filter and wastewater pipe filter are located, near the roller clip) for any blockages.
  2. Check that the metal filter screen in the sink is installed correctly.

6. The wastewater tank is full (red light).

  1. Please confirm that the wastewater tank is installed correctly, the tank cover is sealed well, and there are no obstructions.
  2. The float in the wastewater tank needs to be able to move freely up and down to detect the water level.
    If the float gets stuck, rinse and clean it with water.
  3. After powering on, switch to mode 2 and let the machine run until it stops automatically.
    Repeat this step until the problem is resolved.
    If the problem persists after 5–10 attempts, please proceed to the next step.

7. Unable to charge

  1. Please check if the power adapter is installed correctly.
  2. Please confirm that the socket is receiving power.
    For more detailed voltage information, please refer to the power adapter label.
  3. Reinstall the battery.
    If the battery enters a protection state, it will not be able to be charged; reinstalling the battery will release the protection state.
  4. If the problem persists, please replace the battery.

8. The cleaning roller has an odor.

  1. Please thoroughly clean the machine and perform two automatic deep cleaning cycles in mode 2 to check if the odor has been eliminated.
    For each deep cleaning, please add 10ml of HIZERO cleaning solution to the clean water tank.
  2. Remove the cleaning roller and hand wash and rub it clean with HIZERO cleaning solution.
  3. If the odor persists, please replace the cleaning roller.

9. When the device is placed on the base, a large amount of water seeps into the base.

  1. Check if the clean water tank is leaking.
    Fill the water tank with water, wipe the outside dry, and place it on the table to check for leaks.
  2. Power on the machine and switch to mode 2, allowing it to run automatically until it stops.
    Repeat the above steps until the problem is resolved.
    If the problem persists after 5–10 attempts, please contact customer service.

10. There's always debris on the floor that I can't get clean.

Please check if the rubber strip of the trash can is deformed or bent.
If damaged, please replace the solid waste container.
