2. What types of floors can HIZERO clean?
HIZERO is suitable for all water-resistant hard flooring types, including:
Tiles, marble, solid wood flooring, engineered wood flooring, laminate flooring, vinyl flooring, concrete floors, cork flooring, and other new engineered flooring and mixed-material flooring.
Especially suitable for marble and wood floors – because HIZERO leaves no excess water when cleaning, and the soft cleaning rollers prevent scratches, making cleaning gentler and safer.
3. How long can the battery last?
- It can operate continuously for 60 minutes in Mode 1.
- It can also operate continuously for 60 minutes in Mode 2.
When the battery is low, the battery indicator on the device will turn red as a warning. The device will automatically shut down as a safety precaution once the battery is completely depleted.
4. What kinds of waste can HIZERO clean up?
HIZERO can simultaneously vacuum and handle common solid, liquid, or mixed stains on floors, including:
- Dust and fine dirt
- Liquid spill
- hair and debris
- food scraps
- Common everyday stains
For larger items of dirt (such as a whole plate of pasta spilled on the floor), it is recommended to first wipe away the larger items with paper towels, and then use HIZERO for a deeper cleaning for better results.
Avoid inhaling sharp or hard objects , such as broken glass, nails, or screws, to prevent damage to the cleaning rollers.
5. How large an area can HIZERO clean?
With 60 minutes of battery life, it can clean approximately 200–400 m² of floor area, depending on the cleaning speed.
The tank can be cleaned using a 500ml water container .
- Mode 1: Approximately 40–80 m²
- Mode 2: Approximately 20–40 m²
As you use it more, you'll find it easier and easier to use, and the cleaning speed will also increase.
6. What are the differences between HIZERO F500 and HIZERO F803?

Here are the simplified steps:
- Add water and cleaning solution . Add water to the water tank, ensuring the tap water temperature is below 40°C. Then add 5ml of HIZERO hard floor cleaning solution .
- Begin cleaning. <br />Push the machine back and forth to clean the floor. Avoid contact with sharp or loose objects, such as electrical wires, during cleaning.
- For larger stains , it is recommended to clean by pushing the surface forward for better results.
- Deep Cleaning Mode <br/>For targeted treatment of stubborn stains, switch to Mode 2 and gently twist the handle to quickly remove stains.
- Cleaning complete <br/>After cleaning, push the lock forward to complete the entire floor cleaning process.

3. What do I need to do after cleaning with HIZERO F500?
After each use, please be sure to:

Empty the solid waste bin
- Empty the sewage tank
If a heavy cleaning has been performed, a deep automatic cleaning is recommended:
- Place the HIZERO back on the base.
- Switch to mode 2 and let the machine run automatically until it stops automatically.
- Empty the sewage tank again
- If necessary, the above steps can be repeated.
Maintaining proper daily care can extend the lifespan of the device and ensure optimal cleaning results.
4. How long do I need to charge my HIZERO?
A full charge takes 4 hours .
HIZERO automatically stops charging once fully charged, so you can safely keep it connected to the charger without damaging the battery.
In addition, the new HIZERO is set to factory safe, with the battery retaining less than 30% charge . Please fully charge it before first use.
5. Can I use it with other cleaning solutions or disinfectants?
Not recommended. Different cleaning agents or disinfectants may contain corrosive chemicals that could damage the internal parts of the HIZERO and potentially cause leaks or malfunctions .
For best cleaning results, we recommend using HIZERO hard floor cleaner .
6. Can HIZERO clean under furniture or around obstacles?
Can:
- Furniture height > 9cm : Cleaning head can be inserted
- Furniture height > 20cm : The entire machine can slide under the furniture.
The Hizero head can easily bypass obstacles for cleaning by twisting the handle.
7. Do I need to soak and clean the roller before each use?
Generally, this is not necessary .
The cleaning roller can remain soft for 2–5 days (depending on the weather).
Soaking is only necessary when the rollers become dry or hard.
Please avoid prolonged exposure of the roller to direct sunlight or placing it near heat sources to prevent accelerated hardening.
8. What are the uses of different cleaning modes?
- Mode 1 (General Cleaning) : Daily Floor Cleaning
- Mode 2 (Intensive Cleaning) : For example, cleaning the kitchen floor after cooking.
Mode 2 uses more water to enhance cleaning.
For better results, it is recommended to add 5ml of HIZERO cleaning solution to the clean water tank.
9. What are the uses of HIZERO hard floor cleaner?
For strong cleaning, simply add 5ml (about one full capful) to a 500ml water tank.
10. What are the uses of each component?
- Docking base
It serves as a storage rack and also as a deep automatic cleaning station. - Cleaning brush
It assists in emptying the trash can and can be used for manual cleaning during deep maintenance. - Brush Cleaning Tool
It is specially designed to remove long hair and fibers from the roller brush.
Simply insert the roller brush as indicated by the tool arrow and push it forward to remove the tangled material.

The following is the maintenance procedure:
- Post-cleaning treatment : Empty the solid waste container, empty the wastewater tank, and remove hair from the roller brush.
- Inspect the filter screen .<br/>If necessary, remove and clean it to ensure smooth operation.
- Deep automatic cleaning <br /> Fill the clean water tank with clean water (tap water below 40°C).
Add 5ml of HIZERO hard floor cleaner . Start mode 2 for deep cleaning. Do not charge the machine during cleaning; let it run until it automatically stops. Empty the wastewater tank again.

2. Which parts need to be replaced? How often should they be replaced?
The following are recommended replacement cycles (which vary depending on usage frequency):
- Cleaning roller <br />Replace every 6–18 months. Daily cleaning for 30 minutes → Recommended replacement every 6 months. Weekly cleaning 2–3 times → Recommended replacement every 18 months.
- Brush Roller
Replace approximately every 12 months or when the roller brush deforms and its cleaning effect decreases. -
Wiper blade
Replace approximately every 12 months or when deformation leads to poor cleaning. - Cleaning solution
1L can be used for approximately 200 water refills; generally, one bottle is sufficient per year.
In case of accidental damage or breakage due to improper use, please replace the parts as soon as possible.
3. How should HIZERO be stored if it will not be used for a long time?
- Empty trash cans and wastewater/clean water tanks.
- Remove the rollers and let them dry completely.
- The drying roller can be erected using the base support.
- If you need to travel abroad for an extended period, it is recommended to remove the battery by loosening the screws with a screwdriver or coin.
4. Can HIZERO parts be put into a dishwasher for cleaning?
Can't.
HIZERO components are not designed for dishwashers.
It is recommended to use the cleaning brush that comes with the device for maintenance.
5. How to avoid unpleasant odors? What should be done if an unpleasant odor appears?
Ways to avoid odors:
- Empty the trash can and wastewater tank after each use.
- Deep cleaning is recommended after encountering milk, food, or pet excrement.
If the machine emits an unusual odor:
- Perform deep automatic cleaning (add 5ml of cleaning solution).
- If the odor persists, repeat the process once or several times until the odor is completely eliminated.
