HIZERO Extended Warranty Program


This program is only applicable to Hizero purchased in Hong Kong:: HIZERO F801及F803


The one-year extended warranty plan is as follows:


HIZERO Extended Warranty Program $500 (F801/ F803)


From the start date of the extended warranty plan, you can enjoy 2 free self-bringing repair services within one year.

One-time warranty fee deduction. During the extended warranty period, customers are entitled to a one-time limit of HK$500 for repair fees. The repair fee is equal to or less than HK$500, and there is no additional charge. If the repair fee exceeds HK$500, the difference after deduction will be made up.

The coverage of this extended warranty plan does not include the following:


Consumable and/or wearable and/or non-functional parts and/or accessories of the appliance.

The appliance has been damaged by customer negligence, improper use, improper installation, use of non-original parts or accessories, or accident.

The appliance has been serviced or modified by persons not officially authorised.

Damage to the appliance due to the power supply to which it is connected.

The appliance is damaged due to the customer’s failure to follow the instructions in the appliance’s operating and operating instructions.

The appliance is used or placed in a place or location for commercial use.

The body number of the appliance has been altered, ground and/or removed.

Circumstances beyond the official or customer’s control, including acts of God.
